I was called by someone who said they represented MSAA…how can I find out if this company is telling the truth?

As of March 2020, MSAA does not have a telemarketing program where we contact you over the phone for a donation. Although MSAA does work with a variety of third-party vendors, no one should be calling requesting a donation on our behalf. If you have any questions or concerns about the validity of a call/mailer, please call the donor relations team at (800) 532-7667, extension 172.

I sent in my donation, and I received another notice asking me to send in my donation…why?

On rare occasions, new mailings requesting gifts are sent before all of the gifts from a previous mailing are registered. At these times, gifts and new notices might cross in the mail. MSAA appreciates your understanding and apologizes to all who experience this.

Why is the address on the return envelope different from the address of MSAA’s Headquarters?

All donations to MSAA first go to a counting house where money is counted and banked before arriving at MSAA’s Headquarters in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

How many Post Office Boxes does MSAA use for donations?

MSAA currently operates one PO Box for donations:

PO Box 96219, Washington, DC 20090-6219
