Swim for MS - Dog Days of Summer dog in pool

The days are long and the water is warm. These are the Dog Days of Summer. What better way to paddle through the heat than in the pool? Don’t wade in alone, bring your pup along for a dip! Aquatic exercise is great for your furry friends as well. Swim together and don’t forget to send us your pictures!

Swim for MS - Team Dragonfly

Courtney Evers and Team DragonFLY are holding their third annual Swim for MS event in Waipahu, Hawaii. This year is extra special because Courtney’s mom, Elaine, who was diagnosed with MS in 2005, will be flying from New York to Hawaii to swim with the team! From August 21-25, the team has pledged to swim 20 miles to raise funds for MSAA. But they need your help! Sign up for Swim for MS and donate the laps you swim in August to help them reach their 20-mile goal.
